INFICON Gemini ® Inverted magnetron vacuum gauge is the power source for all vacuum measurement applications (patent applications). The Gemini MPG50x combines two sensor systems in a small device for measuring from the atmosphere as low as 1×10-9 millibars, while the Gemini MAG50x is a pure cold cathode sensor system (without Pirani components) with a coverage range from 1×10-2 millibars to 1×10-9 millibars. The patented ultra-low stray magnetic field design has opened the door to new application areas. The unique interchangeable dual chamber sensor unit does not require cleaning and reduces maintenance, making Gemini the most robust and economical vacuum gauge in its class.

The Gemini cold cathode and combination vacuum gauge are equipped with fully integrated digital electronic devices, providing strong flexibility in system integration. The combination of cold cathode and Pirani options provides seamless conversion, reliability, practicality, and flexibility across multiple application areas.
MAG and MPG Gemini can now also be used with PROFINET, EtherCAT fieldbus, and MAG55x and MPG55x setpoints.
