BAG552 is specifically designed for pressure ranges of 5 × 10-10 Designed for gas vacuum measurement at 2 x 10-2 millibars. Supports dual filaments, with excellent precision, repeatability, and service life. BAG552 can also be used in conjunction with the INFICON vacuum gauge controller series VGC501, VGC502, and VGC503.
